To begin with, all shops are very busy. They have alot of different jobs going on for numerous clients all at the same time. I'm sure this makes it difficult to communicate with said clients while still achieving jobs in a timely manner. With that being said, not once was I not completely informed on what the status of my vehicle was or what the next steps were in fixing it and getting it back in a timely manner. Hats off to the well oiled machine that Robbies is. Not only will I be back when the situation arises, but I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

First experience and I could not be more pleased. Took my Toyota 86 in about 3 weeks ago to get an estimate to add an aftermarket header, made my appointment and had it installed Monday. Went in to pick it up and the estimate was exactly what I had to pay, man that never happens. Everyone in the shop that I met was extremely nice and I will be back if I need anything else done. Go see these guys, you will not be disappointed!

I started with a search on the Internet looking for shop to do electrical repairs ..I called Robbie‘s and after hearing the voice of JJ as reassuring and positive ,I decided at that point to have the necessary work done. I went ahead and made an appointment. I am very ,very pleased with the job well done. My 1996 Mercury grand Marquis purrs like a kitten and rides like a dream . my best wishes to the Robbie team that made my car drivable again !thank you!!!

Robbie's has been the preferred auto mechanic of my family for some time, and with good reason. I've had more than my fair share of car issues in my life and the best overall service I've received has always come from Robbie's. They understand and work with their customers to get the vehicle up to snuff, sans the typical mechanic's game of upselling "necessary" services or repairs. You can always tell the difference between a shop that makes its money from selling parts versus from customer retention; and Robbie's is certainly the latter.
