Everyone needs a mechanic they can trust. Robbie's at Your Service is a shop you can trust. It's the kind of shop you would let inspect your "new to you" car or truck and have them look it over and tell you what needs fixed now, will need to be fixed soon, and what can wait. When we handed down our SUV to my daughter for her first car, this was the shop I trusted to check it over and tune it up. Robbie and Tommy have always been very friendly and straight forward with their advice. I have no problems recommending them to family, friends or anyone else in need of a great mechanic.

New to the area and had a Mercedes CLK 350 with 140k miles. It had few problems and was barely running. I wasn't sure whether to keep the car or trade it in. They fixed it, kept the bill low addressing exactly what was needed, and the car runs just like new. It is now several months later and the car still runs great. This is a family run business, and very honest people. When you sit in their waiting room you will have the chance to listen to their customers. Most simply drop the car off and keys, and then say please fix it -then they leave, trusting it will be done right and only what is needed. I thought the level fo trust the customers had for this family was impressive. I now trust them too.

Highly recommended! I was nervous about trusting anyone other than the Audi service department with my car, but Robbie’s recently put new tires on my A8 and it hasn’t driven this smooth since I bought it 3 years ago! They did a fantastic job, saved me a few hundred dollars, and even found a few items that the Audi service department had done poorly or had missed all together. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else!!

I have found my forever mechanic! I found Robbie's At Your Service by mere coincidence with a Google search. I'm forever blessed to have stumbled upon them. This family owned business is fantastic. Very honest and fair. They provided me with an impeccable detailed multi-point inspection report, which I'd never seen after having my car serviced at a dealer for years. I would shout from any rooftop about how great my experience was and would highly recommend Robbie's to anyone in search of a great mechanic.

Robbie has taken care of my car for the last 5 years. He does excellent work and keeps me informed as to what's going on, my estimates, and when it will be finished. Everything I have had to have done so far it has been completed within a day or two at the most. Very friendly staff yet very businesslike. Thanks Robbie for all you do.

Over all I’m very dissatisfied. I was having trouble with the starter on my 2000 Ford Expedition. It stopped starting all together so I called Tommy and asked about getting it fixed. Before I paid for a tow truck I decided to try one last time to get it to start and it started up so I drove it in to get fixed. He asked me if I tried starting it again after I got there. I explained that I didn’t think of it. He said “no problem Patrick we’ll take a look at it.” I left and several days later Robbie calls me. I was told the problem was not with the starter but rather an electrical problem caused by the security system and that I could pick it up that day. 3 days later I call to let them know I’m on my way and they Tommy tells me it’s not ready yet. So I wait till later that evening call back and it’s ready so I pick it up. So they charged me $387.30 to remove a security system and replace my headlights. 13 days later the car stopped starting. I called and spoke with Tommy who put me on the phone with Robbie. We spoke and he decided to meet my girlfriend who was stranded with the car to take a look at the problem. At this point I thought things where going well. He calls me but I’m at work so I couldn’t answer right away. When I called back he told me he was on his way to speak with me in person at my place of work. Robbie shows up and tells me that the problem is my starter. I explain that I knew the starter was having problems that’s why I brought the car in to a shop and paid hundreds of hard earned dollars getting my starter issues resolved. So he just waves his hand a me and mumbles something then walks away with my keys. At this point I’m very upset. I desired to wait till we both had an opportunity to sleep it off. Tommy calls me in the morning and tells me how much it’s gonna cost to get my starter fixed. I told him that I already paid him to fix my starter. He insisted that I was “unreasonable” he insisted that he was paid fair bd square and owes me nothing. Now I’m sitting here with no money and a broken starter and Robbie still has my keys. I will get those later but right now I don’t want to speak to those crooks let alone pay for a ride to pick up my property that Robbie took. Even if you believe that you are right an I am wrong I was met with extream unprofessionalism. Would not recommend.
