I've been looking for a good mechanic on Merritt Island for a decade. Finally, at the recommendation of Jay at AutoZone, I found Robbie. This humble, out-of-the-way shop is a true gem. Robbie and his wife are friendly and hard-working. Robbie immediately demonstrated his three decades of expertise by identifying and fixing my car's problem in less than five minutes. The price for the new tires he installed was competitive, and the cost of a four-wheel alignment and wheel balancing beats any chain store I've seen. My car drives like new. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, I got a unique glimpse into the character of this establishment. Robbie's wife left the office to pick up a customer herself. When they returned, an elderly man pushing 90 years old shuffled in with a cane. The customer was hard of hearing, so Robbie calmly and clearly explained what he had done to fix the man's van. While it was in the shop, Robbie had noticed the customer's tires were worn, so he replaced them with some used tires with better tread for free. He also gave him a free oil change, then walked him out to the car to explain the other repairs. These are the sort of people you want living in your community, much less working on your car.

Wonderful customer service! My daughter's car needed immediate service to hold over until her appt. the following week and Robbie was great in taking care of the problem. She took the car back for the appt. and the work was done as promised. The car is ruuning great. This place is awesome! It's really important that I have someone that I trust to fix my car and not do things that are not needed. This place is very nice, everyone will answer your questions and give you an honest opinion. The owner let me watch the whole time he was working on my car and I was amazed at the amount of people from other shops that would come and ask him questions. He was patient (after 20 different people came to ask him stuff) and able to answer literally every problem the other mechanics had for him. Customer attention is top notch. I highly recommend Robbies (especially if you need a place that will be up front and honest!)

Finding Robbie was the best thing to happen to me. He is trustworthy, honest and affordable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in good working order for my trip back to NJ. He has gained a customer for life and I've recommended him to many others. God willing I'll see you this fall.

The service and employees at Robbie's are excellent. The honesty that Robbie's has is self evident just by meeting him. When he tells me what is wrong with my car,,, I never doubt or think twice about what he is telling me, and I have never gone anywhere else for a second opinion!! We are new to the Island and were referred to Robbie's when I had a potential problem with my ball bearings. The other repair service wanted to replace bearings, axle, etc for about $1,000!! I took to Robbie's and he found it was loose lugnuts from the other repair shops tire rotation! Robbie saved me $1,000 !! I then returned when my muffler had an issue and he got me in same day and repaired it quickly. When repairing my muffler, he did a thorough assessment of the rest of my cars mechanics and let me know that I had a crack in my timing belt ... Who knew??!! I took it in and again got me in right away and repaired right away. Robbie's is quick, honest, friendly and reasonably priced. We will always take our cars to Robbie's!
