Normally this place is great, great service and good customer service. Robbie’s installed a faulty alternator and belt that needed to be replaced after 5 months, but they did replace it when the parts failed. Today was a new experience, dealt with a very emotionally compromised front desk that refused to allow me to wait telling me I must leave the car and get a ride. Confusing change of policy for such a small service such as an alignment. Disappointing service overall. Edit for clarity: Issue was not that I could not get service, issue was that I was being to told to leave the establishment and that I could not wait there while the service was being done. Never had this issue before, and due to the front desks tone and attitude it seemed very personal.
Brent sorry to hear you felt refused, but we can only keep appointments for the quick services for 15 minutes without a phone call that we are going to be late, but when that doesn't happen, we still try to accommodate our customers, that is the reason for asking to leave it so we could still get it done. We are always going to give the best services and our time is limited, so if a customer shows up late then we have another option for them to leave it or reschedule. Sorry but we all have to make exceptions and most people understand. We hope you can understand and we would love to help you in the future. Robbie
