I question where these good reviews come from? It's not my experience here at all. Honest, and skilled, are two different things. This shop lacks skill. Sure, they can change oil, put on tires, replace brake pads, and so can I. They cannot diagnose or troubleshoot. Nothing on the Robbies estimate was the problem. These guys have the skill of a one man band garage. This shop uses the shotgun method, they just quote a large amount of repair work that simply isn't diagnosed or necessary, hoping they might hit something that's broken! That's not troubleshooting. I drove away with a $1800 repair estimate. ALL the work on that estimate, had nothing to do with the issue. The axles, bearings, and pinion bearing were already replaced. He ignored my other complaints and didn't document them, so get me $1844 this time, and then hit me with another couple grand later? I parked it six months and just sold it, cutting my losses. The new owner got in touch with me, knowing my frustration. Instead of the $1844 repairs Robbies wanted to do, the truck was fixed for just $300 and the part was NOT on Robbies list of random part replacement they hoped would cure the issue. This is a one star shop, after you remove reviews about oil changes. Nothing on their estimate included a Power Brake Booster, which was all that was needed. The rude response you see is how abusive the service writer is here, I dodged a bullet leaving this shop before I became a victim of his bully tactics. Posted my estimate, all true, no lies. How would you like this behavior if you had a problem with them? Some great guy he is.
Well ”Richard,” once again you have shared nonsense! All our reviews are made by real people that have become happy and loyal customers, they felt good about the service we provided them. We are very honest, unlike you. We did an inspection of your vehicle in July of 2022 after you told us that you spent about $2000 at other shops on tires bearings and still had humming noises and couldn’t put fuel in your tank. We didn’t charge you anything for the time we spent and did give you an estimate for the repairs, which you declined. We told you everything we knew, and we stand by who we are, you should use your real name not made up like everything you wrote about us!
