I scheduled an appointment for an oil change which shouldn’t have taken more than an hour. Dropped off my. At half an hour early and went to pick it up two hours after the appointment time and it still wasn’t ready. They had my car for over 3 and a half hours. It shouldn’t have taken that long but I understand that things happen and it’s easy to fall behind and they were very apologetic and I appreciate that. If all else fails, they have great customer service.

I took my truck in for an oil change and learned a whole lot more about my truck. Thanks Robbie for the heads up. ?

My husband and I got a referral from a neighbor and we are so glad we did! They are extremely honest and knowledgeable in what they do. I am blown away by the service I receive and I feel totally comfortable asking them for advise and knowing they are providing me with information that is good for me and not just to line their pockets or charge me more money for things I don't need. If anything, Robbie's feels more like working with a trusted family member then a business. They leave hand written thank you cards in your vehicle after servicing them and they've been known to call back and check on you a few days after having work done just to follow up and make sure everything is working well. I can't ask for more and I highly recommend them to anyone I meet who is looking for a great mechanic.
