Robbie's did a thorough inspection, and properly narrowed the list to only a few items. The digital copy of the inspection list and picture of troublesome areas helped clarify any questions and prompt the correct decision for service. When it became apparent the need for parts and repairs would take awhile, Robbie's provided first-class round-trip service to and from my home--allowing me to accomplish other things while the repairs were completed.
